It consists of twelve blocks containing 286 residential units and 14 commercial spaces. Construction of this particular project was completed in 2023. Minister Kurum stated that they had destroyed fear and built trust.
The government's initiative addresses a fundamental challenge facing seismically active regions worldwide. Buildings that were previously deemed hazardous have now been replaced with resilient structures. Had these renewal projects not been undertaken, thousands of residents would remain in danger.
