A boat captain had a big surprise! He was near Brighton, England. He saw two sunfish very close. They were only five feet from his boat. Sunfish are very rare near the coast.
Sunfish are one of the strangest fish. They are huge and flat. They can weigh as much as a car! They eat jellyfish all day long. Birds sit on them to eat tiny bugs.
People do not see sunfish very often. The water is getting warmer now. So more sunfish are visiting England. The captain said it was amazing. He was very lucky to spot them!
